    extruder Modern Technology
ER&GE Plastics ® uses extruders of modern, robust design to minimise induced material stress during the manufacturing process. Flow optimised flat sheet dies ensure homogeneous material distribution. Precision calender rollers provide exact thickness, even surfaces and maximum flatness. An especially long cooling section in a climatically controlled production environment ensures stress free and distortion free products with minimal shrinkage. Manufacturing is quality assured to DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2000.
    co-extruded layers Co-extrusion
Multi layered products are manufactured in a co-extrusion process in which molten material from two extruders is fused together to produce a multi-layered structure.
    materials Quality raw materials
A great deal of emphasis is placed on selecting raw material suppliers who deliver products of a consistent quality. Modern automated raw material dosing systems and mixing equipment are used to ensure efficient processing. Many grades of polypropylene and polyethylene are selected for their specific characteristics together with a full range of masterbatch, additives and compounds.
    finished product examples Products
ER&GE manufacturers extruded polypropylene sheet (PPC, PPH) and extruded poylethylene sheet (PEHD, PELD).

Our semi-finished extruded materials are suitable for a wide range of industries and product applications. Here is a small selection of finished products and take a look at our cover sheets for wooden pallets (separadores plásticos). ER&GE's thermoformable PP and PE sheet products are available from our industry specialist partner Range Plastics and Machinery Limited.

    Exhibitions
    We were at interplas'99 or K'98, K'2001 or interplas'2005.
